Equation Staffing is currently seeking Warehouse Associates for Pallet Repair for a client of ours located in Calgary AB. This role is hands-on and requires the use of pneumatic tools and other hand tools in a fast-paced, assembly-style manufacturing environment.

Where the technical work sits

• Inspect incoming pallets for damage or wear.
• Replace broken or missing boards, nails, and other components.
• Operate pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand tools safely.

Technical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60-70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
