UNIQLO Vaughan Mills Hiring Full Time and Part Time Store Associates focuses on provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect uniqlo’s values, mission and vision.

What the role involves

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitoring and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Assisting customers whenever needed.
• Processing various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.

Skills and requirements

• Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week based on business needs, average work week may comprise of up to 40 hours per week.
• Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
