Transportation Administrator
Transportation Administrator focuses on responsible for the accurate and efficient process of data entry.
What the role involves
- Responsible for the accurate and efficient process of data entry.
- Loading planning, coordinating transload shipments.
- Creating freight bills & offload manifests.
- Monitoring inbound overseas containers/shipments via ports online portal.
- Scanning and uploading paperwork into our inhouse system.
- Managing customers’ accounts and keep them posted with all required updates.
Skills and requirements
- EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A SUFFERANCE WAREHOUSE WITH THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF CBSA RULES & REGULATIONS AND BONDED FREIGHT IS MANDATORY.
- 1 year experience working with a 3PL or warehouse in the transportation department.
- Experience with SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
