What the role involves
- Are you keen to build long-term business relationships and be part of a high-performing, supportive team?
- Proactively engage with businesses of all sizes via outbound calls, email and LinkedIn.
- Generate and nurture leads, booking quality appointments for the business development team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining regular contact with prospects and existing customers.
- Manage CRM records.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting.
- Previous experience using CRM systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
Confirmed role details
- £26,000-£28,000 basic + £2,500 bonus.
Candidate fit
- Be confident initiating conversations, managing a pipeline of prospects and keeping CRM data accurate and up to date.
Additional role context
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:15pm - Mallusk.
