What the role involves

• The primary focus of the role is to provide a central control operations service for NI Water on a 24/7 basis.
• Analyse and respond to alarms from NI Water’s assets, enabling a timely response to operational and equipment issues, improving service delivery to our customers.

Skills and requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer centric role or operational role, analysing and interpreting system data.
• Experience of communicating effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders, using various communication methods.
• Experience of working to challenging targets.
• Ability to work alone and use initiative, whilst contributing to wider team objectives.

Confirmed role details

• This role offers a competitive remuneration package with a salary scale of £32,166 to £39,314 per annum plus a 24% allowance.
• The starting salary will normally be at the first point of the scale.
• Westland House, Old Westland Road, Belfast, BT14 6TE.
• Generous annual leave and public/privilege holidays.
