• Ensure features ship reliably.
• Work with engineers and product teams to write and refine Jira tickets, clarify requirements, and move features through the development process.
• Improving our automated QA testing setup, increasing coverage and reducing flaky tests.
• Explore ways to incorporate AI tools into testing and development workflows.
• Turn real product issues or edge cases into repeatable automated tests.
