What the role involves

• Build confidence in a safe, structured environment.
• Each pupil is carefully assessed on entry, allowing staff to deliver tailored support plans that enable long-term progress and success.
• Working closely with teaching staff to support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation.
• Delivering 1:1 and small-group support.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• £90 per day during the initial 12-week probation period.
• Permanent salary of £25,000 per annum following successful probation.
• Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:45pm.
• Opportunity to achieve Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
