What the role involves
- Build confidence in a safe, structured environment.
- Each pupil is carefully assessed on entry, allowing staff to deliver tailored support plans that enable long-term progress and success.
- Working closely with teaching staff to support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation.
- Delivering 1:1 and small-group support.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- £90 per day during the initial 12-week probation period.
- Permanent salary of £25,000 per annum following successful probation.
- Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:45pm.
- Opportunity to achieve Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
