Support Worker focuses on hilton care provides high quality person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may have associated disabilities such as physical disabilities, sensory.

What the role involves

• Hilton Care provides high quality person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may have associated disabilities such as physical disabilities, sensory.
• We are passionate about ensuring that the people we support make their own choices.
• Willing to learn new skills in order to deliver excellent, person-centred support ?
• They recognise that the Service Users determine who provides their support and how it is delivered.
• The people we support live in their own home.
• Our staff support people in all aspects of their daily lives so that they can choose what they want to do, when they want to do it, and who they want to do it with.

Skills and requirements

• Need to be flexible, as our tenants need support 24 hours a day and you may be required to work at various hours and on any day of the week.
