- Your role involves offering personal care, emotional support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Schedule : W eekend shifts/ 4 hours per day RESPONSIBILITIES : Personal Care : Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, dressing, bathing, and mobility support.
- Household Support : Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, laundry, and household organization.
- Provide emotional support to enhance well-being.
- Plan recreational activities.
- Community Involvement : Support individuals in participating in community activities and building relationships.
Skills and requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications preferred).
- Experience in home or community-based care is an asset.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to build trust with individuals.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
