• Ensures safe operation, environmental compliance, and continuous plant availability to support site operations.
• Monitor separation and treatment units including settling tanks, separators, hydrocyclones, clarifiers, oil-water separators, and chemical dosing systems.
• Control pumps, valves, mixers, and conveyors to maintain steady plant throughput.
• Adjust flow rates, pressures, and dosing to optimize separation efficiency.
• Monitoring inlet and outlet water quality (pH, turbidity, suspended solids, oil content).
• Ensure treated water meets discharge or reuse requirements.
