Sr Accountant focuses on accounting technician to support our clients with compliance, analysis, and tax preparation.

What the role involves

• Accounting Technician to support our clients with compliance, analysis, and tax preparation.
• · Prepare corporate (T2) and personal (T1) tax returns using Taxprep.
• · Assist with account reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.
• · Preparation of Compilation Engagement working papers and year-end files for accountants.
• · Assist with GST/HST, payroll remittances, and other compliance filings.
• Build client relationships with the Partner.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant finance, accounts, payroll, Excel, bookkeeping, or accounting-system experience may be required.
