Specialized Education Technician focuses on supporting both students and frontline colleagues.
What the role involves
- Supporting both students and frontline colleagues.
- In your role, you intervene both in individual assistance and collective support.
- Act as the first line to respond to psychosocial support requests from students (requests from students directly, teachers, or administrative staff).
- Implement the accommodations recommended by the advisor.
- Ensure regular follow-up with students.
- Develop their autonomy.
Skills and requirements
- As a Specialized Education Technician, you play a key role in providing services to students within the Student Experience Directorate at La.
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) with an appropriate specialization, particularly in social work, or have a recognized equivalent diploma.
- 3 years of relevant experience related to the position.
- Proficiency in French language (spoken and written).
