What the role involves

• Supporting both students and frontline colleagues.
• In your role, you intervene both in individual assistance and collective support.
• Act as the first line to respond to psychosocial support requests from students (requests from students directly, teachers, or administrative staff).
• Implement the accommodations recommended by the advisor.
• Ensure regular follow-up with students.
• Develop their autonomy.

Skills and requirements

• As a Specialized Education Technician, you play a key role in providing services to students within the Student Experience Directorate at La.
• Hold a college diploma (DEC) with an appropriate specialization, particularly in social work, or have a recognized equivalent diploma.
• 3 years of relevant experience related to the position.
• Proficiency in French language (spoken and written).
