Skills and requirements

  • Have experience working to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety.
  • As Site Supervisor, the expectancy will be to have excellent technical experience, contractual knowledge, ordering materials and supervising subcontractors.
  • It is essential that you have suitable experience as a Site Supervisor working on large-scale industrial or commercial schemes.

Confirmed role details

  • This will initially be a temporary role for approximately 6 months.
  • Involve shift work, therefore flexibility to work evenings and weekends is a necessity.

  • Site awareness, safe leadership, organisation, and practical decision-making.

Additional role context

  • Day in order to ensure that projects are met within time and budget.
  • In order to be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter with the ability to lead the site team daily, delivering daily briefings and ensuring that the site team are kept.
  • Its portfolio spans new builds, refurbishments, high‑spec fit‑outs, and complex regeneration schemes.
