Site Engineering - Commissioning Coordination focuses on preparing and gather multi-disciplinary commissioning test plans and summary of requirements documentation.

What the role involves

  • Preparing and gather multi-disciplinary commissioning test plans and summary of requirements documentation.
  • Preparing or review/accept inspection test plans for factory acceptance test and site acceptance test.
  • Organizes the accumulation of assigned discipline technical information (redlined construction drawings, RFIs, non-conformance reports). Then synthesize this into the construction.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and to plan.
  • Manage project resources.
  • Coordinating special testing requirements and operating procedures on the integrated system.

Skills and requirements

  • Provide support for Field Testers and Communications, Protection and Control (CPC) field technologists and perform field reviews for P&C and electrical equipment installations and.
  • Experience in project management including estimating, cost control and project administration.
  • Knowledge of P&C testing and commissioning best practices, experience working in a field environment, and experience in fault analysis and investigations is required.
  • Must maintain a valid OFA Level 1 certification for the duration of employment.

Confirmed role details

  • $75.00 - $93.00 per hour.
  • Terrm: 12-month contract, likely to extend.
