Services Administrator focuses on supporting the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of contracts across residential care, domiciliary care, daycare, and wider health and social care services.

What the role involves

  • Supporting the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of contracts across residential care, domiciliary care, daycare, and wider health and social care services.
  • Assisting with contract renewals and contract review processes.
  • Update performance monitoring systems, including complaints and incident reports and contract monitoring returns.
  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support, including diary and appointment management and typing letters, reports and correspondence.
  • Manage filing systems and databases.
  • Handling calls, emailed.

Skills and requirements

  • 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C), including English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • 1 year of experience working in an administrative and clerical environmen.

  • This role is temporary for 3 months initially.
  • Cedar Villa, Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital, Omagh.
  • Hourly rate of £12.75.
