• Proven management or senior supervisory experience within hospitality, catering, logistics, or operational environments.
• Strong working knowledge of food hygiene regulations, health & safety requirements, and service quality standards.
• Health & Safety, ISO, or Food Hygiene certifications are highly desirable.
