Senior Systems Analyst focuses on process, data modeling, and contractor selection.

What the role involves

• Process, data modeling, and contractor selection.
• Participates in solution evaluation, and recommendation, development of user requirements, analysis.
• Develops and customizes applications and reports using various kinds of software tools.
• Analyzes, architects, designs, recommends, and implements system solutions.
• Design and technical specification.
• Prepares project documentation including business processes, workflows, functional analysis.

Skills and requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum eight (8) years of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experience and thorough knowledge of SAP HCM Life Cycle.
• Provide afterhours standby support as required.
