Senior Payroll Officer focuses on maintaining t&a data, changes and amendments to system, ensuring accuracy always.
What the role involves
- Maintaining T&A data, changes and amendments to system, ensuring accuracy always.
- Complete business reporting from Payroll Information.
- Delivering training programmes for T&A users and payroll processes.
- To carry out any other duties, relevant to the post which may arise thus ensuring a comprehensive and flexible service to the business and the department.
Skills and requirements
- Liaise with the finance departments around the Group to find the most efficient methods of providing required employment cost information.
- Experience of working in a payroll function in a high-volume environment is essential.
- Any experience of supervising a small payroll team would be advantageous.
- Experience of working on both weekly and monthly payrolls.
Confirmed role details
- Administration of group personal pension scheme/auto enrolment.
- Make payments and reconcile all documentation to the online pension provider.
- Maintaining and producing end of year P11ds for staff benefit in kind.
- Sound knowledge of PAYE, RTI, Statutory payments, salary sacrifice, pensions auto enrolment and employee benefits in kind.
