Senior Operations Accountant focuses on our client is seeking a results-driven individual to support the financial oversight and operational performance of key initiatives within their food processing operations.

What the role involves

• Our client is seeking a results-driven individual to support the financial oversight and operational performance of key initiatives within their food processing operations.
• Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a hands-on role in driving accuracy across job costing, inventory management, project reporting, and more.
• Support various initiatives and projects assigned by management.
• Managing job costing for food processing projects, including tracking labor, raw materials, packaging, and overhead allocations.
• Perform precise inventory reconciliation for products and packaging throughout production cycles.
• Ensure accurate and compliant account reconciliations.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant finance, accounts, payroll, Excel, bookkeeping, or accounting-system experience may be required.
