How the role works day to day

Review complex entries as they relate to acquisitions and dispositions. Review of quarterly covenant compliance calculations and reporting. Prepare separate audit legal entity financial statements.

Practical details

• Review of quarterly and annual financial statements, notes disclosure for financial statements, MD&A, press releases, investor presentations, and the Annual Information Form (AIF).
• Completion of quarterly and annual impairment testing.

What needs to be in place

• Are you a qualified CPA with big 4 experience at a Senior Manager level?
• Assist with systems set up required for financial statement reporting.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate accounting and/or Big 4 firm.
