Section Secretary focuses on assisting the chair and vice chair in managing regular and topical section activities throughout the program year.

What the role involves

  • Assisting the Chair and Vice Chair in managing regular and topical Section activities throughout the program year.
  • Assisting with documentation that may be requested from time to time, such as Section Reports and attendance lists.
  • Attend any orientation or other meetings that may be arranged by the Executive Committee, Section Committee and/or the Section Activity Coordinator when invited or if the Chair and.
  • Such other responsibilities as may be delegated by the Chair or Vice-Chair throughout the program year.
