• Report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• They assist with the cleaning of all public areas and recycling of all hotel & villa recyclable items.
• Delivering guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
• Leading by example in all areas.
• Reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Skills and requirements

• Must be in good physical health, heavy lifting is required, moving machinery.

Additional role context

• Remove items from hallways, including debris, room service food and beverage trays, unread newspapers, soiled linens, and trash.
• On direction, washes doors, walls & windows on a regular basis.
• Maintains the cleanliness of Villa BBQ’s, garages, sidewalks & driveways.
