  • Develops a strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and of the surrounding community.
  • Handles guest complaints and problem solve to the degree possible as directed by management.
  • Monitors parking lot and registers hotel and restaurant guests license plates.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry or hotel is an asset.
