Scale Coordinator focuses on record the delivery of materials to construction jobs, pit to pit transfers and asphalt and gravel sales.

What the role involves

• Record the delivery of materials to construction jobs, pit to pit transfers and asphalt and gravel sales.
• Management of multiple scales.
• Preparing production reports and material inventory reports.
• Ensuring hired truck tickets, timecards and equipment pre-trip checklists are collected daily for processing.
• Filing and sorting of truck tickets and time and reconciling with the differing work sites.
• Ensure accurate handling of financial transactions.

Skills and requirements

• Frequently exposed to noise and a regular flow of people through office.
• Sitting at a desk 75% of time and 25% standing.
• The anticipated wage range for this position is $22.00-$25.00/hour.
• The final compensation package will be determined based on factors including the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
