What the role involves

• Design SAP CC workflows, execute CC Rating and charging configurations.
• Develop, and implement custom Charge Plan, Charge Logic, Allowance Plans in SAP CC to support unique pricing and discounting models.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CC configurations.
• Integrate SAP CC with other SAP modules, such as SAP BRIM, to ensure real-time billing and a seamless customer experience.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting SAP CC servers and integration to SAP ABAP/SOM, FICA, CI.
• Supporting scalability and upgrades to SAP CC to meet industry standards.

Skills and requirements

• 5 years of experience as an SAP Convergent Charging Developer.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Convergent Charging is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
