Phase 1 & 2 : Review data migration strategy, sequencing, and execution approach. Load (ETL) processes and identify gaps and their resolution. Assess completeness of extraction, transformation.

• Data readiness across all functional areas is a prerequisite for go-live and directly determines cutover timing in the roadmap.
