Sales Representative (Real Estate Development)
Sales Representative focuses on leverage personal realtor relationships in the support of the success of current, new and future project sales.
What the role involves
- Leverage personal Realtor relationships in the support of the success of current, new and future project sales.
- Maintaining and foster Realtor relationships by providing project information.
- Collaborate with internal team to formulate and strategize a framework for launch and continued sales absorption.
- Participate in both off-site and on-site sales events & community engagement events.
- Lead follow up ensuring that communication continues with leads throughout the sales campaign notifying them of new releases, promotions, and sales statistics.
- Provide input and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create successful marketing programs.
Skills and requirements
- Post-Secondary Education experience preferred.
- 3 - 5 Years working in a sales role in new multi-family residential developments preferred.

- AVAILABILITY: Part-time (Saturday & Sunday: 11:30 am - 4:30 pm) additional hours may be offered.
