What the role involves

• Provide clients with roadway facility functional, preliminary and detailed design services, including work on: rural highways.
• And interchange design, guide-rails, signing, pavement markings, profiles, cross sections, and estimating quantities.
• Preparing documentation related to current or prospective projects, including correspondence, reports, proposals, expression’s of interest, specifications and meeting minutes.
• Carry out project management activities such as project team co-ordination, monitoring schedule and budget compliance and invoice preparation.
• Provide input to Class Environmental Assessments.
• Participate on steering committees.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario, or eligible for registration.
• Five years directly related roadway design experience.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and writing skills.
