Revit Designer

Revit Designer focuses on develop coordinated 3d revit models for mechanical building services projects.

What the role involves

• Develop coordinated 3D Revit models for mechanical building services projects.
• Supporting HVAC design, including air conditioning, ventilation, ductwork, pipework, AHUs, MVHR, and associated systems.
• Create detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics suitable for construction and installation.
• Assisting with take-offs and quantities to support pricing and tender submissions.
• Coordinating with electrical and public health services within a BIM environment.
• Update drawings in line with design changes and project requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Revit Technician within MEP or building services.
• Experience supporting HVAC/mechanical design projects.
• Ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings and models.
• Understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC and associated services.

Confirmed role details

• £30,000 to £70,000+ DOE.
• We are working on behalf of a well-established building services contractor that is seeking an experienced.
• To support the design and delivery of mechanical packages across CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects.
• This is a key role within the design team, focused on producing high-quality.
