What the role involves
- The opportunity to build lifelong friendships with staff and guests from around the world.
- Provide direction, feedback, and ongoing coaching to develop.
- Overseeing scheduling and staffing levels for front of house.
- Overseeing inventory management, ordering processes and cost controls within F&B operations.
- Ensure F&B service standards are consistently delivered and aligned with brand expectations.
- Maintaining all liquor licences and service compliance with liquor laws.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Positive and collaborative working style with an ability to build meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to communicate at a high level in a clear, effective, and timely manner.
- Willingness to work long days with flexibility to assist in other roles, as needed.
