Additional role context

• We are on the search for Residential Project Workers to join our Leaving Care team, based in South Belfast.
• The Leaving Care Service supports semi-independent living for care experienced young people aged 17 -21 years.
• The service is jointly commissioned by the Health and Social Care Trust and Supporting People.
