Practical details
- As a Temporary Relief Operator/Labourer, you will support critical plant operations by safely and efficiently operating production and utility systems.
- Candidates must be available to work both roles, with pay applied based on the position worked.
- Labourer Role Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (day shift).
- Style="color:black">Relief Operator Role Schedule: 12‑hour rotating day and night shifts on a 4‑day rotation.
Construction skills and requirements
- This role provides essential coverage across departments and shifts, helping ensure safe operations, product quality, regulatory compliance, and cost‑effective production.
- Availability to work all listed shifts, including rotating schedules, is required.
- Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
