Skills and requirements

  • Qualifications Education and Experience Graduation of an approved School of Nursing and/or Psychiatric Nursing.

Candidate fit

  • Collects information about the patient using a variety of sources such as skills of observation, communication and physical assessment to enable appropriate nursing care.
  • Communicates and consults with members of the health care team about the patient care plan.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary conference and explains plan of care to the patient and/or families.
