Skills and requirements
- Qualifications Education and Experience Graduation of an approved School of Nursing and/or Psychiatric Nursing.
Candidate fit
- Collects information about the patient using a variety of sources such as skills of observation, communication and physical assessment to enable appropriate nursing care.
- Communicates and consults with members of the health care team about the patient care plan.
- Participates in interdisciplinary conference and explains plan of care to the patient and/or families.

- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care of assigned patients by assessing actual or potential problems and strengths, plans and performs interventions and evaluates.
