Registered Manager
Registered Manager focuses on leading the service in line with cqc requirements and company policies.
What the role involves
- Leading the service in line with CQC requirements and company policies.
- Ensure effective governance, risk management, and incident reporting.
- Supporting plans, and risk assessments for all service users.
- Leading recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management of staff.
- Managing budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
- As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day to day running of the service.
Skills and requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Minimum 5 years experience at managerial/supervisory level in a relevant care setting.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex or challenging needs.

- To lead an 8 bed home, ensuring exceptional care, strong governance, and a positive, person?centred culture.
Additional role context
- 40 hours per week (flexible depending on the needs of the service).
