Registered Manager focuses on leading the service in line with cqc requirements and company policies.

What the role involves

  • Leading the service in line with CQC requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure effective governance, risk management, and incident reporting.
  • Supporting plans, and risk assessments for all service users.
  • Leading recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management of staff.
  • Managing budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
  • As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day to day running of the service.

Skills and requirements

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Minimum 5 years experience at managerial/supervisory level in a relevant care setting.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex or challenging needs.

  • 40 hours per week (flexible depending on the needs of the service).
