What the role involves

• The Real Estate Lawyer will work collaboratively with our client’s corporate, private wealth, tax, litigation, and wills and estates teams to ensure the best outcomes and highest s.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on transactions involving real property.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Managing the administration and negotiation of real estate transactions, and resolution ofany issues that may arise.

Skills and requirements

• Member of the Ontario Bar, in good standing.
• One year of work experience, including articling experience, as a lawyer in Ontario, witha practice focus on Real Estate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
