Quality Manager
Quality Manager focuses on reporting to the general manager, the quality manager will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the company's quality management and continuous improvement activities.
What the role involves
- Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Manager will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the company's quality management and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
- Work closely with production personnel to perform various follow-ups or interventions.
- Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
Skills and requirements
- Spoken and written languages: French and English.
- Knowledge of software: World, Excel, Power.
- Open-minded, proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills.
