What the role involves

• Manual test execution for complex new scenarios & features.
• Review bugs/tasks from offshore testers before they get assigned to developers.
• Follow up on high-priority and blocking issues.
• File high signal tasks that can be assigned directly to developers - Work very effectively with QA lead and rest of the QA team.
• Follow up on important incremental changes and get it covered.
• Provide weekly reports on tasks executed.

Skills and requirements

• Years of experience in the testing domain.
• Familiarity with testing life cycle processes.
• Experimented in mobile application testing.
• Expertise in end-to-end sanity, regression, smoke, and new feature testing.

Confirmed role details

• Vancouver, BC ( days at office setting).
• Test case management tools like Jira, Quality Center.
• Expertise in various defect management.
• Rail, Bugzilla, etc., etc.
