Project Manager

Project Manager focuses on provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget.

What the role involves

• Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget.
• Preparing regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners.
• Ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
• Monitoring, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate.
• Leading project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor.
• Supporting the team’s ongoing development and progression.

Skills and requirements

• You have a construction related degree/diploma and three+ years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience in a Project Manager ro.
• Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance.

Confirmed role details

• You have a working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management and contract software.

• Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company.
• Maintaining a positive cash flow.

Additional role context

• Schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent.
• Communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalated.
• Submit project reports to Area Manager.
