Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator focuses on provide site-based coordination and administration support through the full life cycle of the project.
What the role involves
- Provide site-based coordination and administration support through the full life cycle of the Project.
- Supporting the Project Team initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure of the Project.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, organize action items.
- Ensure completion through follow up.
- Preparing submissions, reports and presentations to facilitate the approval and delivery of the project by coordinating input from team members, editing, proofing and formatting docu.
- Liaise internally with terminal operations, technology, safety and security groups to seek alignment on project performance and technical requirements.
Skills and requirements
- A university degree related to civil engineering, construction management or related discipline along with a minimum of 3 years site experience on marine works projects is preferre.
- Superior organizational and communication skills.
- Outstanding computer skills including experience using Microsoft Project, document control systems and drafting software.
- Previous Canadian work experience or experience working directly with Canadian industries.
