  • Be working in a very clean environment with leading equipment and have the support from management.
  • Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Monitoring jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
  • Preparing and submit status and performance reports.

Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience as production planner.
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
  • College diploma in operations management or, CPIM or APICS certification (or working towards designation) or 5+ years of equivalent practical experience.

  • Schedule shift according to production needs.

Additional role context

  • Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
  • Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
