The Production Lead Hand position centres on the Lead is responsible for coordinating day-to-day machining. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

How the role is set up

Repair activities with efficiency, quality, and safety. This is a dayshift position 6am - 2:30pm.

Where someone would start

The Lead is responsible for coordinating day-to-day machining. Coordinate operators and machinists in the facility. Coordinate production schedule, confirming targets are met on a daily basis.

What is expected

• Trade certification ticket or applicable training/experience required.
• Communication and management skills.
