As a Personal Insurance Advisor, the work centres on work in a supportive call centre setting, where you’ll provide insurance advice to our valued clients, assisting with quotes, policy updates and coverage questions. Where the work sits
We are hiring brokers to work 12:00-8:00 Monday-Friday and 1 Saturday per month following training. We know what you’re thinking: who wants to work for an insurance company?
How the role works day to day
Work in a supportive call centre setting, where you’ll provide insurance advice to our valued clients, assisting with quotes, policy updates and coverage questions. RRSP - Registered Retirement Savings Plan with Company matching. ESPP - Employee Share Purchase Plan (TSX:IFC) program with matching aspect.

Practical details
- Work out of our Halifax-Solutions Drive office for our Digital team on a Permanent (FT) Basis.
- We provide and pay for all training to become a licensed insurance advisor in the Atlantic Provinces.
