The People & Culture Coordinator position centres on assisting in coordination of employee programs that may include training, recognition, DEI, volunteering, and wellness programs. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Why this role may suit you

Support global compliance efforts through close collaboration with our Legal team. Provide general administrative support to the People team and take on special People projects as needed.

Administrative work involved

Assisting in coordination of employee programs that may include training, recognition, DEI, volunteering, and wellness programs. Perform audits on system information/contents to ensure data integrity while maintaining strict confidentiality and building upon our internal control mechanisms. Identify, recommend and proactively take initiative for process and workflow improvements that will allow us to scale.

Administrative skills and experience

  • We’re a team of 30 people located in North America.
  • We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
