Payroll Specialist focuses on process all canadian and us payroll accurately and on time.

What the role involves

• Process all Canadian and US payroll accurately and on time.
• Record of Employment, WSIB, EHT payments, and other regulatory filings.
• Supporting payroll compliance filings, including year-end tax statements, pensions.
• Assisting with payroll reconciliations and GL posting.
• Administer employee stock options, share-based compensation, 401(k), and Roth contributions.
• Processing new hires, terminations, and employee changes in payroll and benefits systems.

Skills and requirements

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
