- Coordinating with clients to maintain employee data accurately.
- Review and authorize changes to employee records.
- Maintaining a robust document control system with a full audit trail.
- Preparing month-end journals and reports for posting and audit purposes.
Skills and requirements
- Be suited to a candidate with previous payroll experience.
- Payroll Experience: Preferably within an accountancy practice or industry setting.
- Numeracy Skills: Strong proficiency in handling numerical data.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll software (experience with Sage 50 is advantageous).
