• Supports residents with their morning and evening routines at the beginning and end of shift.

Candidate fit

• Grade 12. Minimum 6 months related experience.
• Previous experience with operating a licensed home and trauma informed practice.
• Familiarity with Housing First, Harm Reduction and Employment First initiatives.

Additional role context

• Monitors residents through the night and attends to any medical and behavioural needs that arise during the night.
• Complies with policies, procedures and values of the agency, and uses best practices when supporting residents.
