What the role involves
- Managing customer relationships from initial contact through ongoing account support.
- Conduct in-home water testing, product demonstrations, and solution design.
- Generate new business leads through prospecting, networking, and business to business outreach.
- Perform scheduled follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and appointment schedule.
Skills and requirements
- Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Proficient with basic computer programs (CRM experience is an asset).
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract.
