What the role involves
- Welcome visitors as they arrive and act as a professional representative of our company and business partners.
- Direct candidates through the interview process.
- Assisting with onboarding and guide new hires through required paperwork (e.g., background checks).
- Respond to email, phone, and in-person inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Supporting team members with correspondence, mail, invoices, expenses, and reports.
- Maintaining filing systems (digital and manual).
Skills and requirements
- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
