What the role involves

• Play a key role in the operational team, with focus on evergreening and operational support.
• Analysing the current solutions environment to identify deficiencies and opportunities for simplification as part of continuous improvements and evergreening activities.

Skills and requirements

• Define and implement required upgrades and changes to address operational problems or new business requirements as well as support problem troubleshooting in Prod and non-prod envi.
• Other related activities and deliverables as required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in testing or/and operation or/and development or/and integration in network management environments.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with network equipment, specifically with Cisco switching and routing platforms (Cisco 9K, 9300s, 6508 and APIC).

Additional role context

• Resolve complex cross functional technical issues in a timely manner.
