What the role involves

• Are you looking to develop your skills and progress in your career?
• Working with other members of the team to ensure that customers get good quality material and on-time deliveries.
• Following Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Carrying out inspections on the Plant, acting on defects and implementing remedial action.
• Assisting in the maintenance regime of the Plant.

Skills and requirements

• Flexibility and the ability to work as part of an effective Multi-Skilled Operative team.
• Self-motivation and the ability to motivate colleagues.
• Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Operative working in an Asphalt Plant would be highly beneficial.
• However, this is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Candidate fit

• Knowledge of Plant and ideally previous experience in quarry or mobile Plant operations.
